Character Sheets V2

Obviously the stat sheets needed an overhaul. Stats were being changed left and right and information needed to be condensed into as few sheets of paper as possible. There will be a specific sheet for each class now, beginning with the Scout.

V2 Changelog
  • DMG, STH, CHR, HLT removed
  • Each class now has a special stat (indicated in green)- SPD is now exclusive to the Scout
  • Weapons are described on the character stat sheet
  • Each weapon has base damage relative to range
  • Maximum and current Health separated
  • Portrait replaced with class emblem
  • Skills removed
  • CHR now replaced with Presence (PRE)
  • Bonus sheet removed
  • Weapon Ruleset sheet removed
All V1 material is now obsolete. V2 replacements of the rules and other aspects will be coming soon.

Not Dead Yet

Excuse the obvious lack of updates, I've been busy with helping set up a new TF2 community, SJGR. Feel free to join, anybody is welcome and the server/website information is in the Steam group that's linked. The RPG itself has basically had a standstill progress-wise. My lack of tabletop game knowledge has really become apparent as I try and expand on the concept. The forums have been a huge help and I always do appreciate user input. The problem I currently face is related to movement. TF2, being a FPS, is very dependent on player speed and location. Originally, the game wasn't going to have a board or pieces of any kind. Since this (for me at least) is going to be played primarily over the internet, I wouldn't mind some ideas on a way to implement movement without having to use a grid or miniatures (which is contradictory to most of the ideas I've seen on the forums as of late).

The Forums

I'm glad to announce that the forums are now up! Click here to join. If you are a Steam user, also make sure to join the group for the RPG by going here.

Weapon Rulesets V1

Most weapons alter standard attacks in some way. These sheets are a list of all the TF2 weapons and their special effects. Be aware that this is still a work in progress.

Hello Internet!

After appearing on Kotaku, this blog actually has a few views. There is still a lot to get done with this and I won't be stopping anytime soon. To clear things up, I'm Deadshot on Steam and I've been working with my cousin, The Punisher. I'm the one who has created all the sheets and the blog and he's the one who made the basic stats and story, while being in charge of adjusting what I add and making sure I don't do anything especially stupid.

Character Sheets V1

These are stat sheets, evolved from simple pen scribbles we had down on printer paper before. There's two pages and I'll explain the abbreviations.

HP- Hit Points, the basic measurement of health. This is equal to the actual in-game value of the chosen class.

STR- Strength, the physical capability of the character.

DEF- Defense, the gauge of how capable the character is of protecting themselves.

ACC- Accuracy, the judgment of the characters aim.

DMG- Damage, the amount of base damage the character deals with an attack.

STH- Stealth, how effective the character is when attempting to be unnoticed.

INT- Intelligence, the mental capacity of the character.

CHR- Charisma, an estimation of the characters social skills.

HLT- The proficiency of the character in healing.

SPD- Speed, the agility of the character.

Luck- The chance of a character having something random occur in their favor.

Primary, Secondary and Melee are the currently equipped weapons of the respective type.

The Bonus Sheet is a reference for each class and its stat-based advantages and disadvantages.
